Julian Boardman-Weston
Julian works with law firms, in-house legal departments, barristers' chambers and other organizations in legal business.
He has worked with clients on varied projects: to increase financial performance, to improve use of know-how, to design and deliver strategy retreats, on partner development programmes and on matter management projects.
His current professional interests include the development and delivery of new ways of learning based around simulation in two distinct areas:
- management of large and complex legal matters and teams
- financial performance improvement.

Interests
Military and naval history, computer and internet technology and cruising under sail in his boat, Penguin.
